The Cancun Observer has been able to obtain shocking photos of American college students engaging in bizarre acts while visiting Mexico. These acts have caused significant outrage throughout Mexico according to Javier Gussis, Minister of the Interior for Cancun. "This is typical of the northern agressors. They visit us primarily to party like 'rock-stars' for a week and then return to their colleges and universities. This is enough, the Mexican people have had it. We have no choice but to retaliate." Minister Gussis would not specify as to the nature or extent of Mexico's planned retaliatory actions, but President Bush has reportedly called for an emergency meeting with Mexican President Vicente Fox for this weekend.
